Roof repairs and leaks
Leaking roofs, broken or slipped tiles, storm damage and emergency call-outs. We find where the water is really getting in and stop it, rather than patching over the symptom.
Leaks, slipped tiles, flat roofs, chimneys and full new roofs. The director comes out, tells you straight what your roof needs, and the team does it right the first time.

Coastline Roofing & Building is based on Barrack Road in Christchurch and has spent over 8 years working on roofs across Bournemouth, Poole and the rest of Dorset.
When you call, the director comes out to see the roof himself. You get a clear explanation of what is wrong, a quote that says exactly what is included, and no pressure. If a repair will do the job, you will be told that, not sold a new roof.
I recently had my roof fully restored, with all tiles replaced and my chimney removed, by Coastline Roofing & Building, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. My old roof had no felt beneath the slates, and water was coming through both the roof and my dilapidated chimney, which they safely took down as part of the work.
They clearly explained the issues and talked me through the best solutions to suit both the property and my budget. From start to finish, they were reliable, professional, and never pushy. Communication was excellent, the quotation was provided quickly, and they were always prompt, polite, and respectful of my property.
The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, resolving all the problems my ageing roof presented, at a very fair price. The final result looks excellent.
Brad and the team at Coastline Roofing & Building recently carried out a felt repair at our home in talbot woods. From the initial visit through to completion, communication was clear and the quote explained exactly what was included.
They took the time to explain what needed doing, kept us updated and left everything tidy afterwards. We’re really pleased with the finished work and would happily recommend Coastline to anyone looking for a reliable local roofer.

It depends on the roof, so the director comes out, looks at it properly and gives you a clear written quote that explains exactly what is included. If a repair will do, you will be told so.
Yes, Coastline is fully insured. New roofs can come with manufacturer warranties of up to 20 years, depending on the materials used.
Every two to three years is sensible, and after any big storm. Catching a slipped tile or cracked flashing early is far cheaper than fixing the damage a leak causes.
Call, message or send the form. A photo of the problem helps, but you do not need one to get started.
